4Woods Europe – 4WDS edits and is the owner of www.4woods.eu website.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICE

1.1 – All the prices of our articles are indicated in Euro (€) currency, inclusive VAT.
1.2 – Ownership clause : products are 4Woods Europe’s property until full payment by the customer.

ARTICLE 2 – MEANS OF PAYMENT

– Cheque (France only) : payable to 4Woods Europe or 4WDS.
– Bank transfer (worldwide) payable to 4Woods Europe’s bank account.
– Paypal (worldwide) payable to 4Woods Europe’s Paypal account.

ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY

Deliveries are generally ensured within 8 to 10 weeks. Nevertheless, this time can be exceeded in case of out-of-stock at 4Woods Europe’s suppliers. In that case, the customer can obtain information about his order, at any time, and upon simple request by Email or phone.

Shipment :

Deliveries start from our factory at Montcenis (71710).
4Woods Europe could not be liable in case of delays due to movements of strike or other imponderable fixed by the legislation of carriage of goods.

Shipment guarantees :

Our products delivered by carrier are guaranteed against all damages until the parcel reaches its final destination. Any package that arrives damaged must immediately be reported by the customer to the carrier, at the moment of delivery. The mention “Subject to unpacking” having no legal value, the customer must report clearly and in writing all the external damage found on the package. Any damage on the product itself must imperatively be reported by email to 4Woods Europe by the customer within 24 hours upon receipt of the package, weekends and holidays included.

Customs restrictions :

Some legislations limit or prohibit the importation of erotic products. Please inform yourself about the legislation of country before ordering.

Custom taxes :

There is no extra tax to be paid by the customers living in the European Community countries.

Appart from these countries, taxes of customs or importation can be due when the package reaches its country destination. You could have to clear through customs to receive the package. We have no control on these taxes and can’t plan it, customs policies strongly differ from one country to another. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

VAT :

There is no extra VAT to be paid by the customers living in the European Community countries. An exclusive VAT sale is proposed by to :
– professionals located in a European country, on presentation of their VAT number,
– private customers living outside Europe. In this case, the customer pays the VAT and any customs duties of his country, either upon invoicing of the delivery company if the product is delivered by a carrier, or at the time of the border crossing on presentation of his invoice, if he withdraws its product directly from our factory (Grézieu la Varenne).

ARTICLE 5 – LIABILITY

The suggested products are in conformity with the French legislation and the applicable standards in France. The photographs, texts, graphics and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Therefore, 4Woods Europe is not liable for errors or omissions possible in one of the photographs, texts, graphics and products characteristics in case of characteristics modification by the suppliers. Of course, for any request about the products, you can contact our customers service. 4Woods Europe shall not be liable for the non-fulfillment of the contract concluded in case of loss or damage caused by any delay or failure to perform its obligations, of unavailability or out-of-stock condition of the product, disturbance or strike of the mail services and means of transport and/or communication in particular, accidents, war, fire, acts of God, governmental restrictions or injunctions, or due to any other circumstances or causes that have the effect of frustrating performance of these terms of sales, or any other cause beyond the control of 4Woods Europe. This website contains links to other websites. 4Woods Europe is not liable for the privacy practices of the other websites and releases any responsibility if the contents of these websites would contravene the legal and lawful provisions in force. 4Woods Europe encourages the Internet surfers to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by 4Woods Europe’s website.

4Woods Europe makes the commitment not to divulge information that you could give through the website. All the information concerning you that we gather in this website is only used to improve our website and to provide you with products adapted to your needs. It will be used by 4Woods Europe’s services only, for example, for the treatment of your order, to improve our range of products, and to personalize our communication with our customers. This article will not be able to prevent the total transfer of the company nor the transfer of activities to a third party.

4Woods is a trademark registered internationally.

All the texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the sites published by 4Woods Europe are reserved for royalties and for intellectual property for the whole world. In accordance with the clauses of the Code of the Intellectual Property, the only private use, subject to clauses different even more restrictive from the Code of the Intellectual Property is authorized. Any other use is constitutive of counterfeit and sanctioned by the Code of the Intellectual Property excepting under the authorization of 4Woods Europe. Any total or partial reproduction of the websites published by 4Woods Europe is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 8 – LAWSUITS

These terms of sales are submitted to the French law.

Any issue concerning the application of the contract can be settled by our services, or in the case of an out-of-court settlement failure, it will be competence of a French court.

ARTICLE 9 – CUSTOMER COMMITMENT

By placing an order to 4Woods Europe, customer agrees to be bound by and accept both its contents and these Terms of Sale.

These Terms of sale are under control of the French law and can be modified at any moment without notice.
