4Woods Europe owns and operates the website 4woods.eu.

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website 4woods.eu. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND NATURE OF PRODUCTS

4Woods Europe exclusively designs, manufactures, distributes, and markets products representing adult characters, intended solely for adult customers.

The company does not design, manufacture, distribute, or market any representation of minors, nor any product that could reasonably be perceived as representing a minor, particularly due to its morphological characteristics, proportions, or any other presentational element.

Only the products, models, and content featured on the official website 4woods.eu fall within the scope of 4Woods Europe’s business activities, responsibility, and commercial perimeter.

Any other product range, product, or content offered, manufactured, distributed, or disseminated by third parties—including those presenting themselves as partners, distributors, affiliates, shareholders, or related entities—falls exclusively under the responsibility of such third parties.

4Woods Europe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order contrary to these principles or applicable legislation.

ARTICLE 2 – PRICE

2.1 All prices of our products are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).

2.2 Retention of title clause : Products remain the property of 4Woods Europe until full payment has been received by 4Woods Europe.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT METHOD

– Bank check (France only) : Made payable to 4Woods Europe or 4WDS.
– Bank transfer (France and worldwide): To the account of 4Woods Europe.
– Paypal (France and worldwide) : Upon prior request by e-mail.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

Deliveries are generally made within 8 to 10 weeks. This timeframe may however be exceeded due to temporary stock shortages or delays in delivery from our suppliers. Customers may obtain information regarding their order at any time upon simple request by e-mail or telephone.

Shipping :

Shipments are dispatched from our workshop in Montcenis (71710). 4Woods Europe shall not be held liable for delays caused by strikes or other unforeseeable events as provided for under legislation governing the carriage of goods.

Carriage warranty :

Goods delivered by carrier are insured against all damage until final delivery. Any damaged package must be immediately reported by the customer to the carrier upon receipt. The notation “subject to unpacking” having no legal value, the customer must clearly note in writing all visible external damage on the package. Any damage to the product itself must imperatively be reported to 4Woods Europe in writing within 24 hours maximum following receipt of the package (weekends and public holidays included).

Customs restrictions :

Certain jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the importation of erotic products. Please check the legislation in force in your country prior to ordering.

Custom taxes :

No additional customs duties apply to European Union countries.

Outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes become due upon arrival of the package in the destination country. You must pay these additional clearance taxes. We have no control over these taxes and cannot predict them, as customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

VAT :

Charged at origin by 4Woods Europe, no additional VAT is due upon delivery for French and European customers. An invoice excluding French VAT (20%) is issued :
-to professionals based in Europe holding an intra-Community VAT number,
– to individuals residing outside Europe. In this case, the customer pays their country’s VAT and any customs duties, either via the carrier’s invoice if delivered by transport company, or upon border crossing upon presentation of the sales invoice if collecting the product directly from our manufacturing workshop (Montcenis).

ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY

The products offered comply with current French legislation, particularly regarding the protection of minors and the prohibition of pedopornographic representations, as well as applicable standards in France.

Photographs, texts, graphics, information, and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Accordingly, 4Woods Europe cannot be held liable for any error or omission in any of these photographs, texts, graphics, information, or product characteristics, or in case of modification of product characteristics by 4Woods Europe or its suppliers.

4Woods Europe cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in case of stock shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike particularly of postal services and transport and/or communication means, flooding, fire.

Hypertext links may direct to other sites than 4woods.eu. 4Woods Europe disclaims any liability regarding the content of such sites and the products/services offered thereon.

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal information collected is subject to computer processing by 4Woods Europe for the purposes of order processing, customer relationship management, and, where applicable, commercial prospecting operations.

This information is intended exclusively for authorized 4Woods Europe personnel and is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

In accordance with the GDPR and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data.

ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The “4Woods” trademark is registered and internationally protected.

All texts, comments, works, illustrations, and images reproduced on websites published by 4Woods Europe are reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights worldwide. Pursuant to the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only private use is authorized, subject to different or more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. Any other use constitutes counterfeiting and is punishable under Intellectual Property law unless prior written authorization from 4Woods Europe.

Any total or partial reproduction of websites published by 4Woods Europe is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES

The present contract is governed by French law.

Any dispute shall first be submitted to 4Woods Europe’s customer service. Failing amicable settlement within 30 days, the courts of Chalon-sur-Saône (France) shall have sole jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 10 – CUSTOMER’S COMMITMENT

By placing an order, you declare that you accept the content of your order as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are governed by French law and may be amended at any time without notice.

ARTICLE 11 – AGE REQUIREMENTS AND VERIFICATION

The buyer declares and warrants on honor to be of legal age (over 18 years old) and to have the legal capacity required to order and purchase the products offered.

By placing an order, the buyer undertakes to provide, upon request from 4Woods Europe, any documentary proof establishing their majority (valid identity document).

4Woods Europe reserves the right to refuse any order in case of doubt regarding the buyer’s age or failure to provide the required supporting documents.
